9ος μήνας ανάπτυξης

9th month of development

In the ninth month ...

What it can do at the end of the 9th month of life:
•    It can hold out its hands to grab a toy.
•    It can look to find something that it dropped.
•    It can sit alone without falling over.
•    It is shy with people it does not know.
•    It may not want to be in the company of people it already knows, such as its grandparents, but this may change.
•    It becomes more social and loves to play with people it knows.

Attention! All children are different from each other and each one has its own growth rate. The development stages described are based on the average rate. Do not worry if your baby deviates from this average. If however you do notice something worrying in its development, contact your pediatrician.
