Quick kids' cheese pie
Cheese pie is packed with calcium. It is, therefore, suitable for children, either as a meal or snack. However, as it also contains a significant amount of animal fat, you should not make it very often. It is also a source of polyunsaturated fats, thanks to sesame.
Ingredients
- 400 grams of feta cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 yoghurt tub [appr. 200~250gr]
- Pepper
- 300 grams flour
- 250 grams butter
- 1 cup milk
- Sesame
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture in a Pyrex baking dish.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and cook using both [upper and lower] heating elements for 30 minutes and in the fanned oven heat program for 10 more minutes.
- Serve hot or enjoy it cold.
