Cheeseburger with vegetables

Children often refuse to eat meat. But you can convince them without coming into conflict or creating reactions. This proposal may also be a good way for the parallel consumption of vegetables added to the burger dough.
 

Ingredients
  • 1 burger bun
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 home-made burgers kneaded with grated carrot, tomato and squash (see recipe)
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • One tender lettuce leaf
     

 

Preparation
  • Bake the burger.
  • Open the bun in the middle and grill it for a few minutes.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on both sides.
  • Put the lettuce leaf, burger and cheese and cover with the other half of the bun
  • Cook the burger for a few minutes in the oven until the cheese melts.
