- 1 tsp tomato paste
- ½ tsp honey
- 3 medium eggs

- Heat the Pan: Place a skillet over medium heat and let it warm up.
- Prepare Ingredients: Finely chop the onion and grate the tomato using the coarse side of a grater.
- Sauté Onion: Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the skillet, followed by the onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Cook the Tomato Paste: Add the tomato paste and sauté for another minute.
- Make the Sauce: Add the grated tomato, honey, and a pinch of salt. Reduce the heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Cook the Eggs: Crack the eggs directly over the sauce, cover the skillet with a lid, and let them simmer for 1-2 minutes until the eggs are cooked to your preference.
- Serve: Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve with slices of toasted bread.
