Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 60 g rolled oats
- 240 g almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For serving:
- 1/2 banana (sliced)
- Honey
Preparation
- Mash the Banana: Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork.
- Mix Ingredients: Add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir well with a whisk until fully combined.
- Refrigerate: Divide the mixture into two jars or glasses. Place them in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to set.
- Serve: Remove from the fridge, top with banana slices, and drizzle with honey.
