Overnight Oats with Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 banana
  • 60 g rolled oats
  • 240 g almond milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

For serving:

  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • Honey

  • Mash the Banana: Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork.
  • Mix Ingredients: Add the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Stir well with a whisk until fully combined.
  • Refrigerate: Divide the mixture into two jars or glasses. Place them in the fridge for at least 2 hours to allow the mixture to set.
  • Serve: Remove from the fridge, top with banana slices, and drizzle with honey.
