- 170g dark chocolate
- 50g olive oil
- 1 medium ripe avocado (200g peeled)
- 3 medium eggs
- 200g honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g all-purpose flour
- A pinch of salt

- Preheat the oven to 170°C (fan mode).
- Break the chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl with the olive oil.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave at 800W for about 1 minute, until the chocolate melts.
- Stir with a spoon and set aside.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and mash it into a smooth puree using a fork.
- Add the eggs and honey to the avocado and mix with a whisk until well combined.
- Add the vanilla extract, flour, salt, and melted chocolate, and mix until the batter is smooth and uniform.
- Line a 20x20 cm baking pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and spread it evenly with a spoon.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Cut into pieces and serve.
