Ingredients
- 120 g cod fillet
- ½ potato (100 g)
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 small carrot
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- 400 g water (for boiling)
Preparation
- Peel the potato, zucchini, and carrot, and cut them into cubes.
- Finely chop the celery.
- Add the cod, vegetables, and water to a small pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes until all ingredients are tender.
- Using a slotted spoon, transfer the vegetables and fish to a food processor. Add a small amount of the reserved cooking water.
- Blend until smooth to create a creamy puree.
- Serve immediately.
