Homemade Vegetable Puree with Cod

  • 120 g cod fillet
  • ½ potato (100 g)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 celery stick, finely chopped
  • 400 g water (for boiling)

  • Peel the potato, zucchini, and carrot, and cut them into cubes.
  • Finely chop the celery.
  • Add the cod, vegetables, and water to a small pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes until all ingredients are tender.
  • Using a slotted spoon, transfer the vegetables and fish to a food processor. Add a small amount of the reserved cooking water.
  • Blend until smooth to create a creamy puree.
  • Serve immediately.
