Now the baby has completed the most critical part of its development. This is the beginning of the so-called foetal period, a time when the tissues and organs in your baby's body grow and mature very rapidly. It now swallows fluid and may even kick. Vital organs such as kidneys, intestines, brain and liver are in place and start functioning, though they will continue to grow throughout pregnancy. We could now see small details like tiny fingernails and toenails, and a hint of hair beginning to grow on its tender skin. It may even bend its limbs. Its small hands are bent at the wrist and it can join then on its chest and its legs may be long enough to cross them in front of its body. Also, the outline of its spine can now be distinguished. Its forehead grows temporarily big with his developing brain.

Currently, you must make sure to have a nutrient-rich diet and try not to avoid exercise in your daily life. That is not too much trouble; on the contrary! After all, your body doesn't just work for you now, but mainly for your baby. You must never forget ... You are in a position that, unfortunately, not all women have the privilege to enjoy. You expect your child! So what's the harm in gaining (and you should indeed gain) some extra pounds? The worst thing that can happen is going for shopping! That doesn't sound so bad, does it? Buy stretchy dresses in general, chose clothes with elastic waist, which will preferably be bellow your belly and give you that much-needed comfort. Now, about exercising that we talked about before, don't think that it will take something very exhausting. Just a little walking or swimming are good solutions, and other than fitness, they will offer you the feeling of wellness that you need. Beware though; it would be better to avoid any swimming pools that you don't know, as possibly certain... bacteria may accompany you in swimming! Now is not the time for urinary tract infections, nor for vaginal infections...
Advice
It's time to buy some underwear! Take a look at the pages of magazines for pregnant women, but also on the internet. There are many finds in the market and some cool outfits, exactly what you are looking for! Your breast has gone up one to two sizes, so you absolutely need (cotton) bras to support the body right, since you should by now feel swollen already, and even some minor pain in the breast. Look for maternity underwear for extra support and comfort. You cannot imagine how much relief you will feel!
