  • 150g chicken breast fillet
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

For the assembly

  • 2 tortillas (25 cm diameter)
  • 60g grated regato cheese
  • 30g canned corn
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Chicken:

  1. Heat a frying pan over high heat until hot.
  2. Wearing gloves, slice the chicken breast in half horizontally, place it in a baking dish, and coat it with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly seasoned.
  3. Transfer the chicken to the hot pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and set the chicken aside to cool slightly.
  5. Cut the chicken into strips.

  • Place the regato cheese, lettuce leaves, chicken strips, and corn in the center of the two tortillas.
  • Slice the tomato into thin slices and distribute them evenly over the other ingredients. Fold the edges of the tortillas inward and roll them up.
  • Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat until warm.
  • Add the olive oil and toast the tortillas for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Remove from the heat, cut the tortillas in half, and serve.
