For the chicken
- 150g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
For the assembly
- 2 tortillas (25 cm diameter)
- 60g grated regato cheese
- 30g canned corn
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Chicken:
- Heat a frying pan over high heat until hot.
- Wearing gloves, slice the chicken breast in half horizontally, place it in a baking dish, and coat it with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly seasoned.
- Transfer the chicken to the hot pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove the pan from the heat and set the chicken aside to cool slightly.
- Cut the chicken into strips.

- Place the regato cheese, lettuce leaves, chicken strips, and corn in the center of the two tortillas.
- Slice the tomato into thin slices and distribute them evenly over the other ingredients. Fold the edges of the tortillas inward and roll them up.
- Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat until warm.
- Add the olive oil and toast the tortillas for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from the heat, cut the tortillas in half, and serve.
