  • 100 g sweet potato
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 400 g water (for boiling)
  • ½ avocado

  • Peel the vegetables and cut them into cubes.
  • Place the vegetables and water in a small pot, set it over medium heat, and boil for 15-20 minutes until softened.
  • Drain the vegetables, reserving a little of the cooking water, and transfer them to a food processor.
  • Add the avocado and a small amount of the reserved cooking water. Blend until smooth to create a creamy purée.
  • Serve immediately.
