- 100 g sweet potato
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small zucchini
- 400 g water (for boiling)
- ½ avocado

- Peel the vegetables and cut them into cubes.
- Place the vegetables and water in a small pot, set it over medium heat, and boil for 15-20 minutes until softened.
- Drain the vegetables, reserving a little of the cooking water, and transfer them to a food processor.
- Add the avocado and a small amount of the reserved cooking water. Blend until smooth to create a creamy purée.
- Serve immediately.
