Quick pizza on pitta bread

This meal can be an ideal and quick option for an afternoon snack or even a meal. 
You can add any flavour you and your child prefer.

Ingredients
  • 2 pitta breads, wholegrain
  • 1 cup home-made tomato sauce
  • 4 slices of melting cheese (Gouda or mozzarella or Kaseri)
  • Vegetables of your choice
     
Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 160° Celsius.
  • Place the pies on a greaseproof paper and in a baking pan.
  • Spread tomato sauce
  • Cut in pieces and place 2 slices of cheese on each pitta bread
  • Add chopped vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, courgettes, etc.
