Open thinking
A good start is to eliminate, to reject prejudices that see men only as "heads-hunters": That a woman should raise children and her husband should care for their financial survival.
Of course, there is no shame in a father spending time with his child, playing with it and caring for it!
A dad can become a child again and a child can feel "proud" of its dad at every opportunity. The hours they spend together are beneficial for both, and, most importantly, form the basis for their smooth relationship.
