Biography

My name is Katerina Katsibardi and I am a Paediatrician and Doctor of Medicine at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

I specialized in Paediatrics and completed my doctoral thesis with honors at the Children's Hospital "Agia Sophia," affiliated with the 1st Paediatric Clinic of NKUA.

I received advanced training at Sophia Children’s Hospital and the Erasmus Medical Center in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

My academic work includes:

• Publications in international peer-reviewed scientific journals.
• Contributions to chapters in foreign-language books.
• Numerous presentations at Greek and international conferences.
• Invitations to deliver speeches at scientific conferences.

I have been awarded six distinctions for my scientific work.

Since 2013, I have been working at the University Clinic of the Children's Hospital "Agia Sophia."
Since 2015, I have operated a paediatric practice in Voula, providing dedicated care tailored to the needs of every child.

I am a certified breastfeeding consultant and regularly organize talks and seminars for parents, emphasizing accurate information and education.
